The three principles of natural justice are: the rule against bias (Nemo judex in causa sua), ensuring decision-makers are impartial; the rule of a fair hearing (Audi alteram partem), which guarantees everyone a chance to be heard; and the principle of a reasoned decision (speaking order), requiring decisions to be explained. These principles ensure fairness, protect individual rights, and promote trust in the justice system.
